Dado carved in bas-relief (type 39). The existing decoration is composed of three horizontal sections: the upper section consists of a cursive epigraphic band, the second section of a beaded band, the lower section of a sequence of continuous pointed horseshoe arches.
The pointed horseshoe arches enclose a standing personage holding a club. Vegetal elements ending up in a double-headed eagle fill the contour panels.
The height of the only panel with known dimensions is 51 cm (not complete), its width is 58 cm; its thickness is 5 cm.
Two of the artifacts were recorded in the Kabul National Museum storeroom in 1958; they came from Ghazni.
