Late 11th - early 13th c.
Small fragment of a thick mustard monochrome hexagonal tile, in the shape of elongated hexagon, with lightly oblique edges, cut downward. Fine fabric, identical to the one identified for the glazed vessels of the Ghazni pottery corpus (Fabric no. 25). The glaze is good and glossy and is speckled. The rear surface is uneven and rough. A small piece of another glazed and white slipped earthenware object remained stuck to one edge of the tile, probably during the firing process.
