Late 11th - early 13th c.
Fragment of a red monochrome square tile, with cut straight edges. Fine fabric, identical to the one identified for the glazed vessels of the Ghazni pottery corpus (Fabric no. 25). The front surface is cracked under the glaze and partially peeled, with the flaking of both slip and glaze. The red wash unevenly covers the front surface, leaving some portions unslipped, as a result they appear orangish. The rear surface is uneven and rough.
