Late 11th - early 13th c.
Fragment of a red monochrome square tile, with cut straight edges. Fine fabric, identical to the one identified for the glazed vessels of the Ghazni pottery corpus (Fabric no. 25). The glaze is glossy and in one spot it turns brown. Irregular spots of white painting/slip are visible in the front surface over the red wash under the glaze, they are probably accidental. The front surface is uneven. The rear surface is even and smooth.
