Late 11th - early 13th c.
Fragment of an unglazed square tile, with cut straight edges. Medium-fine fabric, similar to the one identified for the glazed vessels of the Ghazni pottery corpus (Fabric 25 but coarser, with more large quartz inclusions). The front surface has a greyish colour. The rear surface is uneven and rough. The tile has no coatings (slip or glaze). It could be possibly considered an unfinished artefact.
