Late 12th - early 13th c.

Small fragment of a quite thick opaque turquoise monochrome hexagonal tile, in the shape of regular hexagon, with cut straight edges. Fine fabric, identical to the one identified for the glazed vessels of the Ghazni pottery corpus (Fabric no. 25). The glaze is good and well opacified; a thick drop is visible in the rear surface. The rear surface is uneven and rough. Moulded relief decoration, the motif cannot be identified due to the small dimensions of the item. The central motif is framed by a simple fillet. The decoration is rendered in high and bold relief.
