Late 12th - early 13th c.
Small fragment of a russet monochrome tile. Fine fabric, identical to the one identified for the glazed vessels of the Ghazni pottery corpus (Fabric no. 25).There are small shallow depressions, very close each other, in the rear surface, probably made for a firmer bedding of the tile into the architectural surface. Moulded relief decoration, the motif cannot be identified due to the small dimensions of the item, it could be vegetal (triangle/lozenge and buds?).
