Fragment of a thick opaque turquoise monochrome square tile, with lightly oblique edges, cut downward. The glaze is not properly opacified and has flaked. The rear surface is quite uneven. Moulded relief decoration representing heart-shaped leaves, probably belonging to the pattern consisting of a small central square with slightly concave sides and tapered tips, and four heart-shaped leaves sprouting from its tips. The central motif is unframed. No photographic documentation is preserved.
