Late 12th - early 13th c.

Two matching fragments of a russet monochrome hexagonal tile, in the shape of regular hexagon. The red wash unevenly covers the front surface, leaving some sides of the surface and small portions of the relief decoration unslipped; as a result, they acquire an orangish colour. Small portions of the front surface peeled, with the flaking of both slip and glaze. Moulded relief decoration representing a central equilateral triangle from which there sprout six shoots with buds, alternately bare or with two leaves at the base. The central motif is framed by a simple fillet.
