The decoration is composed of a lateral band with a sequence of alternating fleur-de-lis and palmettes, and a main section with an octagons modular pattern which generates cross-shaped elements. Opposing pairs of knotted fleur-de-lis are set inside the octagons, opposing pairs of knotted fleur-de-lis and palmettes in the cross-shaped elements.

The artifact was found re-employed in the Ghazni area (late 1950s-1970s).
