Bodhisattva; deity
Red clay; inferable: wood (tenon)
Very high relief; decorative elements worked separetely then fixed to the figure; completed by engraving
H: 13,7; W: 9,5 cm
Late period

Head of a deva or bodhisattva with hair bound by a double string decorated with three plaques of crescent-and-disc type and errings with disk. Cavity left by a disappeared wooden inner armature. Blackened by accidental fire.
