Very high relief; completed by engraving

Late period

Head of a bodhisattva or deva with half-closed bulging eyes and incised hair, wearing a headwear or turban probably ornamented with three crests, on sides and above the forehead. Red paint on lips and right ear. Trace of the disappeared wooden inner armature.
