At Tapa Sardar many small-scale architectural elements – either in the form of profiled reliefs or in the round – have been found. All of them, however, were fragmentary and separated from their original setting. They include miniature pillars for wall decoration, small free-standing columns mainly composed of āmalaka elements, and miniature stūpas. Some samples are currently under study and hypotheses are being tested about their contextual use.
